EggScout Support
EggScout helps an invited company research team record supermarket egg assortments and shelf prices with photo evidence.
Sign-in and access
Access requires the invite code issued by your company. If you need a code, your name needs to be corrected, or your access should be changed, contact the company administrator or the person who invited you.
Photos and store lookup
Allow camera or photo-library access when you want to add shelf evidence. You can also search by store name or ZIP code instead of using nearby search. Nearby search uses your location once to suggest supermarket branches; EggScout does not save your raw device coordinates.
AI results and research records
AI may leave uncertain names, claims, or prices for review. Add closer photos that show a few cartons and their matching shelf tags, then rerun analysis. Use the product review controls to correct or remove an observation. For help with a visit or a data correction, contact your company administrator.
